To design an inspiring shopping experience based on editorial content through real customer stories. With the challenge of creating a component system to be used by other Unilever brands in multiple languages.






































While at Sapient my role was to improve the shopping and browsing experience of Dove’s website (to be translated into the different Unilever brands), and thinking about costumer focused features that could elevate the designed templates.

Features such as article filtering as a sentence builder, reinforced the idea of a story continuation within the website. Making the user feel part of the Dove family was crucial so newsletter signups were introduced as part of the user journey, and customised by the user.
